You pay $9/month for the base subscription which includes 350,000 characters. If you need more, you can buy credit add-ons at any time. This gives you flexibility to pay only for what you use.
Credit add-ons never expire as long as you maintain an active monthly subscription. Once you buy them, they stay in your account until you use them. Your monthly included characters (350K) reset each billing cycle, but purchased add-on credits roll over indefinitely while your subscription is active.
Important: If you cancel your subscription, your account and all data will be deleted, including any unused add-on credits. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Warning: Add-on credits are only valid with an active subscription. Upon cancellation, all credits expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Character limits are based on your original text (source language). For example, translating a 50,000-character novel uses 50,000 characters from your allowance, regardless of the target language.
